A true entrepreneur with 18 years experience in software, including 8 years in Silicon Valley’s startup scene, and co-founder of KMC, the largest flexible workspace solutions provider in the Philippines, Patrick loves solving difficult problems through technology. A thought leader in the Philippine HR and business landscape, Patrick is an Endeavor Entrepreneur, and the 2023 Global Excellence Awards Man of the Year.
Alex Gentry
Co-Founder
Alex was an early mover in the Product Management space in the Philippines. She is certified in Software Product Management by The Product School San Francisco, and is trained in Interaction Design by The Nielsen Norman Group. She drives Sprout's user-centric philosophy.
Kislay Chandra
Chief Product Officer
Kislay, a native of India, came to the Philippines to pursue an MBA at the Asian Institute of Management. Upon graduation, he decided to stay back and help local startups grow. Armed with his 11 years of experience spanning product management and software development, he leads the Product team at Sprout and oversees the entire product suite.

Vice President of Engineering
Sam is a Senior Technology Professional with over 17 years of experience in developing and supporting enterprise-grade CRM and eCommerce solutions for Fortune 500 companies, including VISA, Bank of America, Hilton Hotels, and Apple as well as working in the startup space launching new digital products, both web, and mobile.

Chief People & Customer Officer
With a 13-year background in the field, Arlene is experienced in handling all facets of the HR life cycle locally and overseas. She is an ISO 27001 Certified Lead Auditor, TUV Rheinland Certified Data Protection Officer, and has earned her Green Belt Six Sigma Certification. As a lawyer, she specializes in Labor, Civil, and Commercial Law.
